Perfect location, accommodating staff, and fabulous rooftop bar. We were fortunate to get upgraded to a well appointed junior suite and hotel honored special anniversary request. Valet parking made it easy to offload car at check in. Nothing not to like!

Room location and poor lighting, restaurant and bar closed for renovation and turned away from roof top bar at 10:40 pm, wanted a night cap after dinner and we were told no they were closing! Very disappointed

This historical hotel was a real treat to stay in! The entire staff was exceptional. From the gentlemen opening the doors, to the staff who met us at the desk to the waiters on the terrace, everyone was so polite and pleasant. While our toilet did not work perfectly, as soon as we asked for help, we got it. The room was very dark and the bathroom lighting needs to be more. I feel very lucky to have stayed in such a special place!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Located in such a great location in Old Montreal and only a 5ish minute walk to the metro. The room was a bit outdated, but very clean and had everything we needed. Some things did need to be repaired like the shower head falling off the wall and bathtub jets that did not work. But we enjoyed the fireplace and large bathtub. Definitely recommend you bring earplugs, as the walls are thin and we could hear every noise outside - like garbage trucks in the early morning and cars revving their engines late at night. Our room overlooked an alleyway lined with garbage cans so we did not really enjoy a nice view and could not open our windows because of the smell. They did have complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and flavored water in the lobby which was very nice.

Inside the Hotel was very quiet, but bring your Bose noise canceling headset because of the drunk tourists coming out of the bars across the street. Cannot recall any complaints other than that. Would stay here again if ever in Montreal

The torn up streets made visiting the immediate area around the hotel difficult. Hard to imagine how the storeowners are surviving right now.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a girls trip away. The room was very large, loved the decor. Service was great. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Appreciated the turn down service and the responsiveness of the staff. There were so many restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was extremely attentive, restaurant and hotel. Ambience was lovely. Location was convenient to everything. Cleanliness was impeccable. There was street construction in front of hotel but it did not interfere with our stay.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for walking all around Montreal. Would love to come back after the road construction is complete to fully absorb the beauty of the area.

Excellent experience! Unexpectedly my flight to New York got canceled and the plane landed in Montreal. Nice area, great staff, and comfy hotel made me feel better. Also, an amazing valet guy (I don’t remember his name) offered a jacket and umbrella which I could not get out without them. It was -4 degree and snow storm, but I walked around the area and enjoyed art galleries.

We arrived very late because our flight was delayed. The hotel staff were amazing and the chef was willing to cook ribs and fries for us even though the kitchen and restaurant was closed. Thank you for the friendly welcome and amazing hospitality.

Although not easy to find and the club right across the street is very loud - I’m writing this at 3:15 AM because it’s too noisy to sleep - the hotel & surrounding area are terrific.
