loved the location of the property, the room did get hot quickly but the weather was good throughout our stay. Amazing staff, very understanding and helpful.

I would have given 5 stars if they had continued provide milk alternatives at the breakfast. I did get soya milk for the first day but not the second day. Also no gluten free bakery offered. The staff and the services provided are excellent. Nice, quiet room.

I was very pleased with my stay. Staff were attentive. They offered good suggestions such us, where to dine, offered good direction, told me to get a 3-day transportation pass, offered to get me a cab. Thank you so much.

I rented a room online with a king bed…. Ended up in the basement with a twin bed….. had put the sign «  do not disturb «  on the door… still 2 hours before someone knocked on the door only once then proceeded to open it and get in…. Wasn’t happy with the situation…. when me and my wife went to book in…. There was no one at the desk… had to wait for someone from the hotel on the other side of the street to come and serve us…. No indications on the site of Expedia that would be like this!!!! I payed online for a room with a king size bed… I am 6’5 so it was false advertising

1) Old facility, needs renovation and room thermostats not available in the left wing of the hotel 2) Some rooms are unkempt with broken lamps and old sofas 3) No housekeeping support for luggage till asked for Housekeepers are not properly trained to refill the amenities. 4) Garbage bin in the dining area always filled to the brim and not emptied on time. 5) Staff inattentive to empty food items at the buffet and need reminding to refill. 6) No prechecks done before offering the rooms. Providng absurd reasons for pushing on customers old and unkempt rooms.

perfect property for anyone who isn’t shy to do some walking! It is very close to all the shopping and food located down town but there are hotels that are closer. Felt super safe as a young woman, and the breakfast was such a bonus! I’m planning another trip in the summer and plan to stay here again!

The hotel was originally 4 townhomes that were converted to a hotel, so it's a unique set up, but has the normal small bathrooms. Free breakfast had plenty of options, but limited area & seating. Great location with easy access to metro, plenty of dining options, close to the park & shopping districts. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was very dirty and old. Low water pressure shower. Shower head didn't move. Found lots of bugs and no AC. Tv was not a smart TV so no Youtube or apps, just plain basic TV Room was very old and rustic, but not in a good way. Valet parking and service was great. Front desk staff was great. Had to walk across the street to their sister hotel after 11pm if you needed concierge or valet help.

I had a lovely stay! The room was very cozy and charming. While the breakfast was simple, it was delicious!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well for a true Montreal experience!

Great staff, no parking besides valet (additional cost) or a public parking garage that is over 3 blocks away. This was an unplanned expense and an inconvenience. Facilities were of average cleanliness inside, but much of the paint was in rough shape and renovations are required. Outdoor grounds were clean and well maintained.

it was our 1st time in Montreal and staying in the Chateau was really helpful because of it's location which is accessible to almost everything.Staff are polite and very accommodating.Place is clean and breakfast was great!

You can hear people walking above you. It’s a very old building and the walls are thin. You can hear people talking all around you in the morning. The room is small and suffocating. I had to open the window to breathe. There is no ventilation. They did provide a fan which helped a bit. The included breakfast was a joke. It’s just bagel and coffee. It’s fine for the price, if you are staying for one night. I would not stay here again.
