We only stayed one night, all was excellent and we had a 7 minute walk to the Via station (Gare du Palais) downtown. On the down side, the bathroom was small ( but worked for us)… it would be a struggle for bigger folks.

Great downtown location near amenities and sites. Very kind staff always willing to assist. Both resto-bar and Cora’s great food and service. Two elevators.

Had an issue with the air conditioning and the maintenance guy just didn’t want to deal with it and wasn’t listening to our concern. Spoke to the front desk and only got 15 percent off two night when we had issues from the get go. Didn’t bother to deal with it after since was only there one more night.
