Staff were friendly and welcoming however once we got to our rooms, they were very dim, we found a few spiders and the beds were not the most comfortable. t was disgusting.
I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting.
