Mathia (the host) was super polite and helpful throughout our stay - we checked in with ease, he provided us with lots of recommendations for the area (as well as Venice as we did a day trip there) and he was always on hand if we needed anything. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona.
