I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "It was our second time at Maistra Funtana. And we have already booked for next year, again. A very well organized and very good managed hotel. It should deserve at least 4*. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings. "We could not recognize the hotel from the pictures, the outdoor pool is not at this hotel, but the neighbor hotel.. indoor pool is small & pretty old, also room & bathroom was very old and run down. Hotel location is good near the port. Breakfast was good."
