The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. "The workers at the front desk was amazing super friendly with excellent costumer service! The room was beautiful with the sea view super clean and big! At the restaurant they are not friendly at all, my daughter didn’t like her pasta and complained and the got mad saying that the chef knows what he’s doing and they didn’t offered nothing else! The next day none of the waiters want to get near as neither to take our order I have to call the manager from the restaurant in order to place our order, the manager personally take our order. We stayed for a couple days and always give a gratuity to the waiters. Maybe they got offended with the gratuity we don’t know if we supposed to give them or not ! "
