"Le personnel est très attentionné. Ils sont tous prêts à répondre aux demandes avec le sourire. La nourriture servie dans les restaurants est bonne. Par contre, pour un établissement cinq étoiles, je m’attendais à des installations en meilleur état. Lea matelas ont fait leur temps, la finition de la chambre est loin d’être exceptionnelle, les fenêtres semblent ne jamais avoir été nettoyées."

"Belle hôtel. Supe propre et surtout facile d’accès en voiture et à proximité de la Mosque et du pont romain. Le déjeuner est copieux. Petit moins pour l’air climatisé qui ne donnait pas la température demandée. Ce fut un peut chaud pour dormir."

"Great hotel in a perfect location. Walkable from the train station and a 15min stroll through the Old Town to the Cathedral. Excellent staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Solo, female traveller - felt very safe and comfortable. Would stay again and would recommend."
