cosy studios and appartments
Only french guests have been in this residence. It is not an hotel, so you have to bring your own stuff or to rent it there. From the residence it is a 10 min walk to the nice village Montignac with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Calme et bon rapport qualité/prix
Maisonnettes récentes bien conçues et assez fonctionnelles, l'équipement de base y est, y compris le lave vaisselle. Confort suffisant pour les vacances. Juste à côté de Lascaux et à 20 km de Sarlat, bien situé pour toutes visites du Périgord Noir. Montignac est un charmant village.
Petit ensemble un peu à l'écart du bourg dans le calme de la campagne.
Seul regret, la location de TV et l'accès internet sont payants ce qui de nos jours paraît un peu mesquin

à l'extérieur du village mais quand même proche et très agréable lieu de repos et de tranquilité logements bien équipés et propres chambres à l'étage terrasse privative accès bien indiqué grand parking

c'est avec joie que nous y retournerons
tout à fait ce que nous attendions d'un hôtel. Nous sommes autonomes, l'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter le périgord noir, activités et visites à proximité. Le cadre est charmant et sympathique avec une terrasse pour chaque appartement... tout pour se sentir chez soi dans un lieu différent. Vraiment bravo, ce "système" de résidence est parfait, difficile d'organiser un autre séjour sans vouloir trouver le même complexe.
