"The staff appeared friendly but were actually somewhat dishonest. It started out fine with the front desk attendant asking if I would be willing to switch rooms to accommodate another guest. I agreed and they were very appreciative. So appreciative that they said they would credit Hilton Honors points to my account. After several weeks and 2 calls to the hotel I still have not received any points. I didn't switch room for the points or expect anything for doing so, but she did say she would credit the points and then did not.
I also had to call to dispute a charge at the lobby "restaurant" where I was charged for 3 drinks despite only having 2. They have signed receipts, so they know exactly how many drinks I had and had authorized, yet somehow another one snuck onto the portfolio. Again, not a huge deal, but with the points issue I now question the place and will not stay there again.
Also, the tub dripped and the breakfast is to be avoided."
"I had to move room 3 times.
My first room the sink was clogged.
My second room was just not in good standing the wall paper was stapled to the wall. The ceiling looked like water damage was up there. Part of the ceiling and the trim was coming off. Huge spider webs and spiders outside of the door on the balcony so I couldn’t use it. No telephone to contact front desk. My third room was ok."
"Everything was great! Staff were helpful, breakfast had a nice variety, room was great and clean. If ever in the area again will fur sure stay here again!"
"The room was quite outdated, with the flooring being the only feature that appeared recently updated. The sheets were clean, although we chose to use our own.
The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing. The air conditioning unit was very old, dusty, and appeared overdue for maintenance.
There were quite a few mosquitoes around the property. It would also be helpful to provide a drip coffee maker, a small table for eating, and additional hooks in the closet area for hanging clothes and personal items.
Overall, the stay was adequate, but several relatively simple improvements could make the accommodations much more comfortable and welcoming."
