The location is stunning, yet close to amenities and lots of different options for sightseeing, day trips etc. Rooms were a great size and well equipped. The staff were beautiful. I found them to be so warm and friendly and the perfect blend of checking on you and your needs but not having the feeling that they were stalking. Food and wines were fabulous! "Great Location. Staff were lovely and breakfast was very good. Hotel was clean and accommodating. I gave 3 stars because the bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. This is very important for me when I travel. Only for this reason I wouldn’t come back. Everything else was perfect. "

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "

"Room was large and very clean. Bed was king sized and comfortable. Check-in was easy with underground parking for a nominal fee. Hotel is right outside downtown area, making it super walkable. Breakfast was great with many options. "
