"The cabins and staff at Pinecrest were awesome. Our cabin was ready early, and they had a really easy check in process. The cabins are along a very pretty river with a waterfall. We did not bring our dog, but we saw other guests with their pets on the property, which is a really great option to have. The property was icy, but we were prepared for that making sure to bring the correct vehicle. The weather when we were there brought Highwinds, so the staff made sure to reach out each night and warn us of the possibility of a power outage (Which never happened) And made sure that we had enough blankets and were appropriately prepared. There is a grocery store in town, which was great. For dinner, we went to Parker pie Company, which was about 10 minutes away. For breakfast, we went to carriage house, which was also about 10 minutes away. Both places were very delicious. The cabin was warm. The shower was warm and we have no complaints about the accommodations. We will be back to visit again!"

"The room was clean and spotless. There was a small kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was pleasant and courteous for the Christmas season. My only concerns was the long wait with the valet service for the car which varied between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day."
