We always have a fantastic stay at this hotel. I enjoy the rooms, the front desk was unbelievably courteous throughout our stay...To me this is as close to a 5 star hotel as you can get in the area. The only issue with the stay this time was the valet parking was very slow.... We also got to use the pool and fitness center this time which was great!

We went to concert at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center. This property was the perfect place to stay! Very walkable are with plenty of food choices. Hotel was pretty and clean. Would stay again for sure.

The valet desk was overwhelmed with the volume of cars and neefed 2 more staff. Same with the front desk. 15 monute wauts at both...otherwise great

The Renaissance Montgomery was perfect! My Mom and I came to town for a show at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center the hotel was still decorated for the holidays and was beautiful. And to my surprise the MPAC was actually a part of the hotel so we did not have to go outside in the cold to go to the show. The room had a gorgeous view of the river, beds were ultra comfy and bathroom was huge. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We had the best time and are planning our next visit!

The Room was not clean, bathroom shower was dirty , room had a funky smell, I had to be switched several times, also was told the smell was due to a flood on one of the floors, unacceptable, the property seems to be deteriorating.

The staff was SUPER NICE!!! Everyone on staff from front desk to valet they assured you had no questions or concerns. You can really tell management is doing quality control because everyone was showing consistent efforts. The hotel was very clean and spotless.

The only thing I don't like is that the $100 security deposit for the room has yet to be cleared from my credit card and it's been a week.. I'll have to contact the hotel and get that resolved... Every thing else is A1.. Awesome place to stay

Great place to stay!
Everything was wonderful, customer service was awesome, everything was clean and well kept. We were VERY pleased!! Only thing that wasn't was our A/C. It only cooled down 2 degrees. We never got completely cooled off. Even after the maintenance guy came up. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!
