"Staff at both the check-in desk and the onsite bar were great—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was relatively clean, and housekeeping came in daily, which is fantastic. That said, I’d still recommend bringing slippers or slides, as that’s generally a good idea in shared spaces. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm, which was fairly relaxed. The beds could be a bit creaky at times, so earplugs are definitely worth bringing. In terms of comfort, they’re basic foam mattresses with clean sheets and a decent blanket—nothing too fancy, but perfectly serviceable for a short stay. There’s almost always something happening downstairs, which gives the place a lively atmosphere. It’s a great spot if you want to hang out in the lobby, get some work done, or meet new people! I'd say it was certainly good value for me as a solo traveller, though YMMV of course."

"Staff were very nice and polite. Gym was good. Hair in the bathtub and carpets really old and worn in the halls and room and toilet didn't flush well. We used the shuttle to and from the hotel and the airport it was very convenient and right on time. It was ok for one night."

"We had a group of 3 so the room we booked was perfect. The room was plenty spacious and clean. Wish there was more lighting in the room but there was a mini kitchen space, microwave, fridge and kettle. The heating system worked fine. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great for a layover. (Free to hotel but small fee to return to airport, you buy passes at front desk). There is also a free water machine on first floor to fill up your water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast so cannot speak on it. We had an early flight and decided to eat at airport. Good choice for layover"

"I have stayed at Moxy properties all over the United States and as expected the layout and quality was consistent with this location with the exception of the staff. The staff did their jobs well but they weren't personable or concerned about any issues that came up. Getting service at the front desk or bar area was like pulling teeth."
