From the moment you arrive no information is given valet parking instructions are for you to park your own car in the parking garage! Check in is a hot mess good 20 min in a hot no AC lobby for what you are paying in one of Monterreys top areas not right. Our room the Luxury king had nothing luxurious about it we arrived left for dinner only to return to a room smelling like sewage. The front desk did change our room only to send us to a room that had a bad AC, after another complaint the front desk sent maintenance to fix the ac for this being the Safi in San Pedro this hotel left much to be desired. Never will I stay at this chain again.Front desk clerks are not help full they give you no information and all they can do is act busy because they know you are correct based on the current events. While standing at the front desk one person had to come down for a bottled water another fir toilet tissue “ Come on Safi Metropolitano up your game” Please be cautious nothing you see on line is true about this place pictures, area, TikTok’s saying best in Monterrey not true. My experience was so bad that we decided to skip the 15 floor buffet breakfast because we knew better food options else where. If you are looking for a good experience keep looking SAFI METROPOLITANO IN SAN PEDRO GARZA GARCIA IS NOT IT!

Every time I visit Monterrey, this is my hotel of choice. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable, amd the hotel service is top notch. There are fine dining restaurants connected to the hotel like Sonora Prime, Mochomos, as well as Fashion Drive, an upscale shopping mall right across the street.

They need to give priority to your guest in the restaurant area we have to wait for almost 1:30 minutes just to get a table because people come and have them a tip to the hostess and let them in before us. Not good

The staff needs alot of training on how to work their system. When we arrived they gave us and another couple the same room! Then when I checked out they cancelled my other room that wasn’t meant to leave till the next day. Other guests had to wait hours before getting their rooms. Very frustrating when check in is at 3 yet you don’t get your room till 6-7. The key continued to stop working. The ac takes forever to cool down. Everything is located in different floors. It’s a 40 story building with only 3 elevators that take years to arrive to your floor. It was very frustrating. Better hotels around it. The older safi next to it is way better service but older rooms.
