Although I paid through Expedia.com, when checking in, I was told I didn't pay for my stay even though they showed me a document that had all the info I provided to expedia including my credit card info. So they wanted my credit card again and I had to pay a second time. The front desk doesn't speak English. What hotel staff on the planet doesn't speak english. Guess what this hotel staff doesn't speak english and I could not explain that I paid already. Furthermore we were already asleep when we received a call from the front desk explaining to us the check in process. I will not go back to this hotel again. I discourage anyone not speaking spanish to book in this hotel

Hotel que parece más Motel, sin ventanas , no tenía agua y se solucionó problema varias HRS después, pedí agua a la habitación y no la llevaron , llamé hrs después para que me la llevarán, solo tenía menos del medio rollo del papel de baño y separar por Expedia salió más caro que haberlo hecho ahí mismo ya que su costo es $350 más barato
