The staff was great, but the hotel is old and outdated. While the rooms were clean, the sheets and pillows seemed extremely worn from overuse. They should be replaced, and the rooms need some upgrades.

I got a room and when I went to the room the AC unit was taken apart and left in the floor of the room , Then I have to take my stuff back to the lobby and I showed them the picture and no one said sorry or apologized for the inconvenience. I got a next room and it had a slight funny smell but it was to late for me to get another hotel so I stayed but not happy.

The hotel passes if you need to stay in this area but would not necessarily recommend. They don't use hand towels nor wash cloths and only use full size towels. I had to ask for a floor towel and would not replace when cleaning the room. Trash was still on flow and carpet seemed dirty.

El hotel está en condiciones buenas pero las alfombras muy sucias del corredor del piso 6 , la habitación bien pero no servía el aire acondicionado, la secadora no estaba en la habitación y el teléfono nunca sirvió El personal de mantenimiento súper amable , la chica de recepción poco amable pero eficiente

solicite una habitación para persona con discapacidad y solo tienen en todo el hotel una sola habitación con estas características. Además en áreas comunes los baños no cuentan con sanitarios especiales para personas con discapacidad. Deberían de mejorar eso. Dice en la publicación que todas las habitaciones están insonorizadas pero se escucha bastante el ruido de tráfico de la avenida principal. También el aire acondicionado de la habitación tenía una fuga de agua que mojaba la alfombra. Y en el baño no ofrecen toallas para manos.
