The Westin Monterrey Valle
In general de stay was ok, we only use the room for sleep, rest... all the time we were outside, in the Mall, meeting some places at MTY. We like the location of the hotel, the access, place, building, etc..

Really recommend this Hotel . Came all the way from Los Angeles and would go back and visit. Great staff and hotel was really clean . Pool was really nice and clean to. Had a midnight snack ( room service ) and was delicious 😋.. . Thank u Staff and Cooks.

Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan
Clean room, kind staff, unfortunately my first room had a leak at sink and it took them some time to troubleshoot to then move me to another room a day later after I was all settled in. Maintenance has a long way to go in this hotel. It’s my 5th time staying here, there is always something related ...
