"Hotel Vis a Vis was absolutely beautiful, the view was spectacular from every angle , the outdoor snack bar to the restaurant to our room was a wow factor , the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. "The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."

"Our stay at Hotel Villa Argentina was wonderful. There was a train strike the day we were traveling to the hotel, and we needed a little bit of help getting to Riomaggiore. Luca at the front desk was wonderful and so patient! He helped us rent a last minute parking spot and was so great to answer my questions throughout our stay. The view from our room was stunning. It was worth spending the extra money for the sea view. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and convenient. The location also helped make our trip so special. the only note I have is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, so sleep with some noise cancelling headphones if that’s a problem for you We loved our stay here! If there is a room available, book it!♥️"

"Very comfortable room with a good view of the Mediterranean. The daily breakfast is really nice, lots of variety and all fresh. Due to a train strike we had to take an early taxi to La Spezia..we were provided with a light breakfast before regular hours. Can't say enough about the staff."
