This property is beautiful and the area is amazing. The accommodations are nice although a bit dated.Our room was large and comfortable with great views on the vineyard. The hosts were very nice and helpful with directions and places to see. Overall a nice stay.

Felt like home

Overall, the property was in a great location with vineyards surrounding it. The owners are an elderly couple that run it like a bed and breakfast. The pool is nice and clean and nothing is too luxurious, but that's expected at this price point. The breakfast was substantial and the host was very helpful in making arrangements at restaurants, helping to plan out our itinerary in the region and even call the rental car company on our behalf to make changes to our plans. I would stay again, without a doubt.

Wondering property amongst the Tuscan countryside which is immaculately maintained by the family owners. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and the views of surrounding Montepulciano are stunning. We did not have a car but managed to find a local driver who was wonderful. If you are without a car then I would recommend the same as walking everywhere can be challenging with all of the hills.

Amazing experience

This place is awesome! Best place we found in Tuscany for the true Tuscan vineyard farm house experience. We made home cooked meals with the wife Francesaca and toured the vineyard with Husband Nicola with his awesome stories. The pool is relaxing with amazing views of the vineyard and Montepulciano is right down the street. If you want a true Tuscan experience this is the spot!

Wonderful Experience

Some of the advertising for this property says it is "Located somewhere between art and paradise". I couldn't have said it any better than that. Located out in the country between Montepulciano and Pienza there are wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. The views from my bedroom were of grape vines and rolling hills. I could hear the farmers out working in their vines and also the braying of a donkey early in the mornings. The couple who run the place are totally charming and extremely helpful even though they speak very little English and I speak very little Italian. The breakfast, prepared by Madam, was more than ample and served in a charming room with beamed ceiling and an old fireplace. One morning my car windows were very dirty and the signore insisted upon cleaning them for me. Staying at lovely spot in Tuscany was pure delight and I hope to return someday.

Wonderful hosts and a priceless view!

Our time here was too breif! As soon as we arrived we wanted to immediately extend our time. Our hosts were awaiting our arrival and were charming from the time we arrived until the time we left. Put yourself in their hands and you will have a wonderful stay. Bellisimo!

True Tuscan country experience

Big spacious room, set in spacious garden and vineyard, just minutes from Montepulciano. Everything was a surprise for the upside. Big room with great views, fantastic helpful host, wonderful gardens and pool and great breakfast. Really felt like the true Tuscan countryside experience. Would make a great base for a longer stay to explore the area. Would definitely stay again.
