"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "However, we didn't manage to enjoy the pool area as it was closed. The staff did explain that it opens during summer. The breakfast was lovely, served warm, and offered a variety to choose from. A special thanks to a member of the staff, Željko. I can rate him 10/10; he was quick to respond to every call during breakfast. He always had his eyes open and cleared tables very fast to make space to enjoy breakfast. Every morning I looked forward to breakfast; he was really amazing.Spar and fitness wow.We enjoyed Hamman bath and massage. Overall experience, I will give the hotel an 8/10."
