Hotel was clean to stay but very noisy, hear people talking loud at 2am. 6am it’s lots of noise from cafe behind fence. Also, my business plans change and I stay 2 nights less out of 4 initial reservation . Hotel Recepción told me that no refund will issued.

Convenient hotel
It is a small hotel but very clean and in the middle of the city of Montemorelos which is very convenient. lots of stores, convenient stores and restaurants around. The main church is 2 or 3 blocks away.

The matress wasn't comfy. The sorroundings are noisy: cars passing by with loud music, neighboors playing loud music. Staff very nice and professional.

Clean room, the shower was hot and there was excellent water pressure. There was no coffee or bottled water in the room, but there is an Oxxo next door (around the corner). You might want to bring your own pillow, some ear plugs, and an eye mask. It was a little noisy (a train went by a little after 10pm, we could hear dogs barking and cars going by). We stayed in room 205 and there was a bright light outside our windows that the blinds didn’t block out completely. The food at the restaurant was good and we had a friendly waiter who gave us terrific service.

Caro para lo que ofrece.
La relación costo beneficio no es buena , me parece que por el costo debería estar mucho mejor , la calidad del servicio es de un hotel de mucho menor costo. Mal olor , por la limpieza , deterioradas algunas paredes y las cortinas en mal estado. Ropa de cama bien y toallas bien . el baño con muy buena presión pero con problemas de desagüe.
