The rooms definitely need some updates they had 1 elevator working And sometimes it wouldn't stop and pickup on the parking levels it was very frustrating

The rooms are very nice and great bath tub and shower that are separate. Check-in took long, and they had me booked into the wrong room. Had to wait while they fixed the issue. Other than that it was a dry good experience.

Clean facility. Pool is great for children and adults. My kids really loved the little sandy beach area. They have sand toys/beach balls there to play with also. Very pretty walk ways surrounded by trees and flowers. They take very good care of this resort. The staff was also very friendly.
