Nice hot water pools

Hotel is good and easy to reach by car with free parking. Have to pay 15 euro extra per person per use of hot eater pools but it is worthy, beautiful spa and water massages. The restaurant is also nice and relaxing

Lots of hidden fees. Room does not include use of facilities... they add it to your bill at the end. They don’t even give you a robe for use in the spa... another extra charge added to the end. Want it exchanged? Pay another hidden fee. Forgot your room key? Hidden fee to let you back in. All tallied up at the very end. The rooms are dated (very dated). It’s got the theme and decor of a Florida seniors home. The staff are unhelpful. Positives? The restaurant is wonderful and so are the restaurant staff. Thanks about it. The pools are decent but they make you wear a swim cap that basically makes you look like a cross between a conehead or having stretched a rubber halfway over your face. Overall: will not be coming back. Ever.

Ottimo hotel, stanza rinnovata e ben fornita con frigo bar, phon, tv e radio. Stanza un po' calda e vicino alla stazione del treno, per cui con la finestra lasciata leggermente aperta lo si sentiva per tutta la notte...Piscine molto grandi, ma nel weekend un po' affollate a causa dei visitatori, il parcheggio risulta insufficiente visti tutte le persone che arrivano per il giornaliero. Colazione semplice, ma fornita di pane e briockes integrali. Personale gentile.

Buono ma non buonissimo...

preferisco le strutture più moderne...troppa gente il fine settimana perchè aperto anche alle persone dall'esterno che possono fruire delle piscine e degli altri servizi...ecco questo preferirei almeno nel fine settimana riservarlo solo agli ospiti della struttura, alla fine ci si va per quello.

La struttura e le piscine magnifiche. Personale molto carino. Da rivedere leggermente solo la reception. Piccolo consiglio limitare gli accessi degli esterni all’hotel. Un tempo erano molto meno.

Bene ma decisamente non benissimo !

La parte delle piscine è molto accogliente e decisamente recente, viceversa le camere sono restate agli anni 80 , il bagno è veramente "in decadimento", la cortesia, l'educazione e la professionalità di buona parte dello staff lascia molto a desiderare, tuttavia la qualità del cibo del "piccolo ristorante" della piscina, con una carta degna di un più blasonato 4 stelle "reale" e non "termale", sorprende piacevolmente , in conclusione, per chi come noi punta alle piscine termali e ad una buona qualità del cibo, è più che soddisfacente ... per i "Bruno Barbieri" della situazione è del tutto inidoneo...

Вернусь сюда обязательно!!!

Все очень хорошо. Особенно спа и бассейны. Полный Релакс. Удобно выезжать в соседние города Вокзал в 2 минутах. Персонал - сама вежливость. Отель не для молодежи. В основном отдыхают пожилые немцы. В одноместном номере кровать маловата и стоит по центру - можно свалиться.

Ottima piscina e spa ottimo ristorante in piscina; non alta la qualita' della colazione e senza lode la cena al ristorante ; la doccia con tendina, peraltro corta rispetto al piatto doccia, provocava la fuoriuscita dell'acqua. Cmq un ottimo soggiorno in una bella struttura e ottima camera

Spa and pool facilities very nice, but we were very disappointed by the room. Clearly money is focussed on these rather than the rooms. I had only booked this hotel because it advertised a 'two bedroom junior suite' but this actually meant a single large room with a cupboard acting as a room divider, - not two rooms at all. The décor was very dated and the facilities not what I would expect of a 4-star hotel … no tea/coffee facilities in the room. No room service. No functioning safe in the room. Air conditioning which would switch itself off at 5.00am meaning that we woke up far too hot every day at 05:30. The breakfast buffet was adequate but a bit sparse, and despite having pre-booked, it seemed to be a surprise every day that we wanted breakfast!

Decisamente ottima area benessere. Assenza di barriere architettoniche e facilizzazioni per accesso ai disabili anche per entrare in piscina. Buon servizio di ristorazione. Camera assolutamente da riammodernare e da riorganizzare negli spazi.Molto ampia, ma mobili troppo ingombranti.

buon hotel camera pulita e spaziosa colazione da migliorare (meglio mettere i cartellini di spiegazione davanti ai prodotti esposti), ottimo servizio piscine, carica batterie in zona piscina molto utile dispenser di acqua fresca ok, macchinetta per bibite e coffe breack ok, connessione internet in piscina inesistente
