"My wife Joanne and I stayed at this magical place on the hillside of Montalcino for three nights. Fabio was an excellent host and helpful at all times with any questions and was always up for a chat. The cakes, coffee and other breakfast selections were awesome. "We thought the property itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great and we loved the quiet atmosphere it brought to us. "Very helpful staff who parked our car in the difficult to manage car park. Great cleaning staff. We had marvelous views from our terrace. The hotel is old, but they have done their best to add modern amenities. We would have liked some warning that the water left in our refrigerator was not complimentary. That was our only niggle over a hotel we would definitely recommend.. "
