"There was mold all over the room. We asked the front desk to cancel the reservation because we would stay somewhere else. They apologized and said that they could not do anything since the reservation was made through Hotels.com. When we reached out to Hotels.com they said the property would not honor any kind of a refund. We come to Jasper every year for a mountain bike race with many other people. Everyone needs to know that there is mold and DO NOT STAY Here!"

"By far a disappointing stay. We booked because it had an 8.8 rating but this hotel was nothing short of a 3.7. It was a dirty, stinky abysmal room. The carpet was damp and smelled of urine. The light blinked on and off like a strobe light and the bathroom door did not close or lock. Not to mention the elevation doors were broken and they put us on the third floor. The only reason this is not an1 or 2 is because the shower had very good pressure and the water was hot. That was the only goood thing about this hotel. We don’t expect much for $120 these days but that is a lot Of money for staying in filth. We would have been better at a motel 6 I believe. "
