"Overall, we liked the hotel and the property itself is very nice, but unfortunately there are a few reasons why we would not stay again unless these issues are fixed ASAP. The main issue was safety. The room access is through a code, but the code was printed directly on a wooden card. That means anyone who has stayed in that room before could potentially know the code. We also tried locking the room from the inside and couldn’t. There was no extra latch or safety lock on the door, and when we asked the employee about it, he said “no one would do that.” As a group of women traveling together, this felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, and we ended up putting a barrier against the door at night just in case. The second issue was the pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable and very high/thick. We all woke up with neck pain and ended up using clothes as pillows instead. Lastly, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear everything — conversations, noise from neighboring rooms, kids crying late at night, etc. Sleeping peacefully was difficult. This is a nice property with a lot of potential, a continental breakfast might improve the experience abit. but these issues really need to be addressed ASAP for guests to feel comfortable and safe."

"I’m giving this place 3 stars because the staff was very nice and friendly. However, there were several issues during our stay that affected our experience. The bubbles/campsites were far from the parking area, so we had to carry all our luggage ourselves. It would have been nice if staff had offered help or had assistance available. Breakfast was included, and on our last morning we planned to have it before checkout. The sign stated breakfast started at 8:00 AM, so we arrived at that time, only to be told the kitchen would not open until 8:30 AM. We were not notified beforehand, so we ended up leaving and getting coffee elsewhere. The mini fridge in our room was also not working and stayed at room temperature. My husband asked the lobby if someone could check it, but no one came. We were only given a bucket of ice. We also switched bubbles because I understood from social media that all bubbles included a jacuzzi, but apparently only certain ones do, so we paid extra to upgrade. The first night it worked great, but the second night it was not heating properly and the controls did not seem to work. Overall, kind staff, but I wish there had been better customer service, communication, and maintenance."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the staff for being so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, they really went above and beyond! We enjoyed every moment here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!"

"We have stayed here before but this time it was not the best. The bathroom and the shower didnt seem clean but I let that pass, no big deal but then when it came time to shower the water wasn't working and we did notify staff. It came back but the water would go from hot to cold. I was not happy at first but the breakfast was included with our stay and so the next day we did enjoy breakfast. No complaints the food was good but since we ordered an extra drink besides the coffee they charged us for the orange juice which is no issue. They told me it was 65 pesos so I left 200 pesos to pay and the rest tip. The next day I decided to look at the menu online, and it says the OJ is 45 pesos. I know it is not much what bothers me is the dishonesty unless their menu is not accurate online idk but that was my experience."

"The place was great! Very clean and relaxing. There was a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, & spa. We didn’t stay at the hotel much, but it was peaceful, beautiful place to stay. It’s about 10-15 minutes from wineries & food places. The road is very drivable & there was security 24/7. Check-in was fast & easy, & they even helped setup a driver for the day. I’ll be back!!"
