I was disappointed with my overall experience. Cleanliness could have been much better, and despite having 3 guests in the room, we constantly had to call for additional wash towels because there were never enough provided. The room also did not have a microwave, which was very inconvenient since we had food that needed reheating and ended up having to throw it away.
I also paid $95 for birthday decorations that, unfortunately, did not feel worth the price for what was provided. For the amount spent on the stay and extras, I expected a much better experience and more value for my money. I could have put that money toward a different resort with more amenities, potentially even an all-inclusive option.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers offering a credit or discount toward a future stay to help make up for the disappointing experience. I would appreciate the opportunity to give the property another chance if these concerns could be addressed.
