"The rooms were quaintly decorated, very clean, all the amenities, modern bathroom. The food service was high quality and reasonably priced, the staff was exceptional. There's a beautiful curved marble staircase you need to climb for one floor to reach the elevators, not great for those with mobility issues but passing through the lounge on the way to the elevator gave the feel that you were walking through an 18th century palace. It was very nice. And very quiet."

"This hotel is centrally located in all the major landmarks in Rome. Hands down the breakfast was excellent and provided full service, including soy and almond milk for cappuccino. Shout out to Salvatore and his junior colleague for their assistance in restaurant reservations, taxi, etc. Special thanks to Natasha who ensured I was fully caffeinated and got my coffee the way I like it (las I’m lactose intolerant). She also made sure my service dog, Blu, had water. Patrick at night shift made sure we had our breakfast to go box, as we left early morning to catch our train. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Our room was clean and had air conditioning. The street is noisy if your room is on the street side. I requested a change to the opposite side which was quiet. The room was also larger and nicer. I appreciated their willingness to allow the change. The hotel is walking distance to the Vatican."

"Amazing location. Hotel is pretty good, nice rooftop view and generally nice staff. Room was very cramped but overall did the job and was in a great location which is why we booked it in the first place. Good value for sure"
