"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "It truly is hit or miss in the Philippines as far as lodging goes… but this place met and exceeded all expectations!! I was so thoroughly impressed with how quaint and clean the rooms were, so very comfortable. The staff was phenomenal!!! So very nice and accommodating… and the view for dinner and breakfast, so beautiful! If you are going to Oslob PH, then this place is a must stay! I will be back!! ❤️❤️"

"We came late, staffs are so accommodating & helpful. What surprises us is the number of steps. They use Zip line for luggage & carry it themselves back on top of the hill. Great for people who don’t have knee problems. Love the privacy & they have lots of food choices on their Place too. I wish they will have a cable for easier access."

"All the Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Beautiful view of the sea from the resort. Perfect location between the whale shark encounter/ port and main Oslob. Food was delicious and freshly cooked, with good size portions- the Lumpia’s are one of the best we’ve ever tasted! One thing to note for foreign guests is that there is no sheets or duvets just a Kumot (a white flat towel like sheet). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Oslob."
