This is the closest I've ever been to the gold at the end of the rainbow. There's a great tour called 'Do! Valencia' that takes you to several stops a few hours outside of the city, including this one. The water spray to the side is coming from the massive reservoir which is equally beautiful. If you time it right with the sun, it results in double rainbows like this. #lifeatexpedia

Clear blue waters and a stunning canyon surround this little river near the town of Montanejos, Spain. It is a short drive from the big town of Valencia, and was my favorite place to escape the city and the heat when I lived in Valencia. Hardly any crowds, you can swim down the calm springs to find underwater caves, mini waterfalls, and of course nearby restaurants in the town for sangria and tapas. #LiveLikeALocal

Nice riverfront bar and restaurant. The food was good. The on-site parking was tricky. You have to drive up and down a very steep hill. Overall, I'd recommend it.
