"Modern and stylish hotel, grate spot of beach club, very helpful and frendly staff, The Lemon Beach Restaurant has a grate choice of menu , very good breakfast. Do not miss chef's dinner at Lemon Tree Restaurant, it's outstanding, unforgettable experience. Hotel's location is very convenient, close to Queen Emma Bridge, a lot of top rated Restaurants around. I will definitely come back to Art hotel"

"This property is in extremely poor condition, and I strongly recommend avoiding a stay here. The carpets in the lobby are filthy, the noise from the street is constant, and a live band plays on the rooftop until midnight, making it nearly impossible to relax. There are also water leaks coming from the ceiling, and you can clearly hear water rushing through the pipes every time someone upstairs uses the bathroom. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the condition of the property is completely unacceptable."

"I would like to start by saying that the hotel itself is beautiful. The facilities are excellent, the property is well maintained, and the buffet food was consistently very good throughout our stay. The location and overall atmosphere made us excited for what should have been a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the poor customer service and the complete lack of resolution regarding a major issue with our room. When we arrived and were taken to our oceanfront room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. We reported the problem to the front desk right away. Someone came to the room and supposedly fixed it, but the issue continued. We returned to the front desk multiple times to explain that the room was becoming unbearably hot, especially at night. At one point, I was told that we could be moved to another room, but only to a lower-category room than the oceanfront room that I had paid for. Naturally, I declined. If I paid for an oceanfront room, I should not be expected to accept a downgrade because the hotel could not provide the amenities that were advertised and included in my reservation. For the entire nine-day stay, the air conditioning never worked properly. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating and uncomfortable. Despite multiple complaints, the problem was never resolved. I specifically booked a room with air conditioning, and that is not what I received."

"We recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The highlight of the property is definitely the beach area. The man-made beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean are beautiful, well-maintained, and provide a relaxing atmosphere. It was one of our favorite parts of the resort. The food was generally good throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the meals and service at both the Pool Bar and the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar. In the main dining room, our first dinner was excellent, particularly the chicken and fish dishes. However, during a later visit, the pizza was noticeably undercooked and did not meet the same standard as our earlier meal. One thing that stood out was the staff. The wait staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, helping make our stay enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was that the pool and beach area were closed for the first two days of our stay. We were not notified of this closure in advance, and it significantly impacted our experience since these amenities were a major reason we chose the resort. Despite that inconvenience, the beautiful beach area, good food, and excellent service made for a pleasant stay overall."

"Amazing trip for families. We had a family of 5 for a senior trip to celebrate my daughter. It had all the things from snorkeling to sunbathing to fun night parties and shopping right on the beach. It was beautiful and the staff was all very friendly. Food was a little expensive and there was construction right outside our rooms but still worth it"
