"I had an amazing stay at Backside Bay Inn! I booked a balcony room and was blown away by the gorgeous view of the Bay—especially for the great rate I got. I arrived late at night, and he made the after-hours check-in completely seamless. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made a huge difference after a long day of travel.
