"Outdated furniture and bathroom smells of sewage almost…they changed my room to a horrible one , 2 days before check out only because I wanted to check out early. I only gave 3 because one of the staff was nice. It is a retirement apartment house, a bit depressing:("

"communication is horrible. horrible hours at front desk and could not get a hold of them if i tried. no help with making stay enjoyable. would not stay here again. no AC, extremely loud and thin walls. not a lot of bedding available and no housekeeping or clean towels. really poor stay."
