"As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers.
The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The...

Das Hotel selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich genug, aber die Dusche war extrem alt, klein und verschimmelt. Außerdem konnte das Badezimmerfenster nicht geöffnet werden, um zu lüften, da das Waschbecken im Weg war. Es gab zudem keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster für Privatsphäre zu verdecken.
