Rooms were clean. My kids loved the pool, although it was a small pool they loved the slides and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was just ok, limited options.

We went this hotel before and we really liked it. So we wanted to go there again for the second time. But unfortunately our experience this time was not good. Yes, maybe price is very good but they really decreased the quality of the service! In the past, they had hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and many other things.. Right now, the only option is self-served waffle and some cream cheese and yogurt and bread!One morning I asked if they have scrambled egg and they said no egg! Other morning I saw some old boiled egg in hot water! One of the good things is that there is complimentary coffee available throughout the day but when I asked for a splash of cream, I was told that the cream is only during breakfast time! I am not a picky person but breakfast should be like breakfast! As I said, the quality difference is huge compared to previous years because it went down a lot, which is very disappointing. I do not think that I will go to that hotel again.

A lot of people highly rate this property and I can see why. It’s fairly nice. A few cute extra options right at the hotel for families. What bothered me was the floors in the hotel room. Lots of black specks like everywhere. I few times I wanted to just ask for a broom to clean it myself. It was like that the second we walked in. Is it mud? From bugs? I don’t know. We saw some ants in the hallway which I mean it’s that time of year; I would have just loved if they cleaned the hotel floor before we arrived. Also the pool is pretty small but the kids love the slide. I wish parents would be more responsible and tell their kids to leave the bottom of the slide when they are done though. Lastly - I highly recommend you AVOID the Tim Hortons that’s 2 mins from the hotel. Service didn’t even exist. They had next to nothing available and the staff were SO rude. We used the gas station instead for our snacks during the day.

I am sorry you did not have a superior experience. The floors are always cleaned before an arrival. As for the Tim Horton...you are not the first to mention the staff ! Hope we can be better next time

Not sure if it was part of the property or not, but there was music going on until about 2 am on the night we were there. The sounds were muted, but you could hear the "thump thump thump" coming thru.

Close to the ski resort, clean and modern. Plenty of bathroom supplies. Swimming pool is a kiddie pool, not for adult swimming. Water slide is good for kids. Breakfast is so so, no bacon, no sausage, etc. The only "hot" item is self-make pancakes. Even boiled eggs are gone by 9am.

Our room was extremely hot. We turned the temperature down but temperature remained high. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Kitchen staff were only friendly to french people. There is no arcade/games room as shown when booking. Gas and depanneur store next door is convenient. Felt comfortable at night going outside.

Nice "newly built " hotel ( 5 years ago as to staff)..Very accessible rooms for handicapped persons( mobility,wheelchair etc..)..staff was ok..could add a few more green around the parking are: trees,bushes etc... Breakfast was ok: could add More fresh fruits,whole grains bread,..but overall it's a good deal..very modern & clean i forgot 1 downer: the bathroom tap was a bit plugged..

This property was at the right spot and staff was very friendly and English speaking. The only thing I am upset about is that Expedia charged me more price than I was getting at other websites and even on the hotel website. Same room was for $197 dollar (including taxed) slightly extra fee for cancellation charges for refundable booking but Expedia charged me about $273 (Including taxes). It is a huge difference.

During our one night stay there, there was a sudden power outage that lasts 4hrs starting at 8:30 pm, our entire night got ruined and I can’t believe this is happening in 2024. There is no backup! We can’t do anything, we basically wasted that night there
