"This was the worst hotel I ever had in my entire lifetime. When arriving at the hotel we thought it was the wrong place, looked like a rebuilt workshop. They have totally 3 rooms with one toilet and one shower separate outside rooms. All 3 rooms have a very low standard, simple and uncomfortable. My reservation includes continental breakfast but the only thing that was available was coffee, juice, bred and Jams. I can’t understand why this hotel is available and allowed on Hotel.com homepage. "This was our first time in Mont St Michel. This hotel is located right off the Main Street near the entrance. It was easy to find. Staff was very helpful since you have to park your car off the site and then take a shuttle bus. Staff helped us to navigate that. The stairs were narrow as expected so travel light is the key. Rooms are comfortable. "

"Staff were lovely - very welcoming. Room was clean and well equipped. It was fantastic having 2 linked rooms to share as a family. We stayed in August and it was very hot without air conditioning. We couldn't prop the window open to cool the room and despite comfortable beds none of us slept well. The breakfast in the morning was expensive and the pineapple was fizzy/acoholic/off."
