"Enjoyed my stay"

"Great location and friendly staff"

"Upon arrival we were given our room key, pointed to the elevator, and that was it. No itinerary, no pool schedule no breakfast schedule. We asked when the complimentary breakfast was and was told from 7-11am. We came and went from the hotel a few times throughout the day and nobody ever cleaned the room. People were leaving beer cans in the hallway, drinking openly in the lobby (not the bar) and drinking in the halls/ elevator. We asked for more towels at some point and were givin a few more, and still…they didn’t take the old towels or make the bed. When talking to the front desk staff it always seemed like we were bothering them. The next day when we decided to go get the “complimentary” breakfast we asked about. We were handed a bill. After asking the waiters about this they shrugged and said it wasn’t included in our room. We did get a 20% discount on the food after asking about what we were promised multiple times. Unfortunately for the price we payed, we ate cold, chewy buffet food, with undercooked/ raw in the middle sausage. When leaving we told the staff how disappointed we were, which led to a discount on parking (1 of 2 nights parking was free) . Paying 28 dollars a night to park in a hotel where you are staying felt ridiculous anyway. This hotel has so much potential, but was a total let down."

"Unique/fun hotel. Room was clean, only complaints were the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The walls were paper thin. The other downside was the lack of view from our room (room 524), we had a view of an alleyway/back of a building, filled with garbage, and needles. "

"The property is tastefully updated, sparkling clean, and the staff were helpful to a fault. We had to move from a property we were very unhappy with, and they allowed us to check in at noon. Highly recommend."

"Couch was dirty and smelly. No extra blankets. Tv mounted to the opposite wall of couch. Room was stuffy and unable to get air. Shower head is all gross and clogged, only worked well on one setting. AC was not working. "

"We always have an excellent stay at the Prince George. The location is unmatched and the pool/hottub/sauna is always fantastic. There are also less children here than other hotels, if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing pool experience."
