Very quaint. Very quiet. Breakfast couldve been a little better but other than that staff was great. The room was very clean also. It will definitely be my place to staff when traveling through monroe.

Good For Overnight

Easy to find from the interstate, but a little on the ratty side. Room was clean; however, one of the lights didn't work. Good place to stay overnight, but wouldn't plan an extended stay.

Travelled to West Monroe to visit my son and his family many times in 20 years. One of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in while visiting. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel stated they had a gym and showed pictures of a gym.BUT No Gym! the breakfast was waffles muffins toast one day a banana and coffee.every day. In need of other options.Hotel needs update!

We stayed here one night while travelling and it suited our needs. Fairly basic, clean, and comfortable bed. Would have liked a cooked breakfast, but made do with cereal and toast. Liked the armchair in the ‘king’ bedroom.

When we arrived we needed a bathroom. No bathroom until you got to your room. It was hard to fill out everything to get to the room, when your about to pee your pants. And the kids need to go to. The pool was advertised, but when we got there a sign on the window said pool closed. They said yes the pool is closed. Beds were comfortable, carpet left your feet dirty. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast area not much, needed cleaned.

Everything was great except the pillows which is my fault that I left mine at home. The room is great and the staff is wonderful. I felt like an idiot that I had to ask a question about the TV, the gentleman came to my room to help. TOP MARKS ALL AROUND!!

Fair experience.

Room was very clean. Heater was working intermittently. It would make a loud sound. I called room service the guy was very polite and responsive. He offered us new room or some discount, we were too tired to move so accepted a discount. So far no discount showed on our statement. Lobby bathrooms were non functional and area was smelly. Luckily it was far enough from dining area. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. Hope you fix your rattling heater and make lobby washrooms working. If you promised a discount, I hope it comes.

They asked me to make a Cash deposet of 50.00 dollars. I said no i prepaid. He then said wiell it is because it is a virtual payment. But he did not read the entire statment that stated they did not need to collect the credit card thsn he said well it is his boss then i said let me speack to him then he said it was because i had a non smoking room . Then he changed it to it was for incedentals . I felt like he was just trying to get me to give them money they had no incedentals to provide so he fiannly gave me my key it was very sketchy qe stayed the room needs maintwnance holes in the shower surround large bliosters of pai t missing from bathroom celing. Burn mark or large area missing out of carpet. The good theings it was quiet, the breakfast was good . The sheets and blankets were cleaned and pressed so they get an A for that.
