"Absolutely lovely hotel in a stunningly restored Renaissance palazzo. We booked for one night and ended up staying three nights. Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....

"Well kept and clean rooms. We had a relaxing time in the hot tubs and sauna during the evening, and the breakfast had everything we needed. All while enjoying the stunning views. "Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. One I reached someone they said “one minute” but still took 15 to arrive. I got late for a dinner reservation due to this. Once my money is taken I would expect a key ready on arrival, at least at 6pm in the evening, otherwise it is...
