"The front desk was excellent with check in and info on restaurants. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was very good at replenishing and cleaning up. The common area was great to sit and talk with family. The room was really nice. Have been here before and will return anytime we are in the area."

"There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."

"Love the pretty much ski and ski out. Hot tubs were busy but always had availability for sitting pool was nice and warm. They closed promptly at 10pm but staff was reasonable at closure. "
