They knocked on your door at 12:00 pm for room service, and you told them to came later. Than you called us at 4:00pm for room service to change towels , but you did not told us to change sheets . They did as you told them. And you called us again at 11:00 pm (mid night) to change your sheets ,no cleaning staff was available at that time they were trying to make you understand but you did not listen to them , you started yelling at them.We hope you will give us another chance to improve your experience in the future.

Our employee help you out for a main floor room other wise your room was book for the second floor. All of our rooms are the same but not the way how you are describing. According to our policy we change the sheets and towels after the person checked out. Our staff went to your room to change the towels but none of them were used by you . If you found sheets and towels were not washed at the time you checked in the room, you should talk to the front desk about this . I cross checked from my staff they gave you the service you asked about .

As you said, I checked the footage you didn't had to wait more than 10 minutes. He was not peeking into your room, he is a security person and he saw multiple people were going into your room after the visiting hours. He warned you that the visiting hours are finished and he had to make sure that non-registered people do not make any scene.You are right check-out time is 11AM, but this is our staff's job to give the remainder call to the customer before 15 minutes of check-out.
