"Hotel Riva Del Sole proved to be the perfect base for our week long holiday of Lake Garda. The owners and staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was very good, everywhere was spotlessly clean. The views from our balcony were excellent, the bed large and comfortable and the room air-conditioned. Like many other hotels the

and restaurant were closed so early in the season but we did enjoy breakfasting on the sun terrace. There are plenty of options...

"The grounds are well kept and the

is large with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is excellent. Room was clean and spacious but the sofa bed was broken (the night reception tried to fix it but couldn’t) and there was no cutlery or glassware and only 1 cup. "

"Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic."
