We were in the main building and while the room was ok the bathroom and especially shower cubicle were not up to standard with cracked tiles in the bathroom, a shower cubicle door which was a challenge to open especially when opening it from the inside. Good location and nice big car park but they desperately need to renovate the main building bedrooms"

"Really easy check-in process and comfy room located in a central location in Verona. The room was clean and cosy, however the walls are super thin so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I awoke to I am guessing the manager of the property on the phone to someone right outside my door telling them they "you are clearly not very educated, stop calling and enquire about your reservation on email".Which wasn't the wake up call I would have liked. The 3rd one we had to do it outside the building, under the sun at 35 degrees centigrades because they didn't have the confirmation of the previous checkins in their system, evethough ee already had received the confirmation #.
