"The only negative I'd mention is that although you can opt for the All Inclusive, you still get a bill for every meal and drink with a line item for tips. You dont pay for the meal or drink, but it seems tips are expected. We've been to many All Inclusives and none have done this."

We stayed in Room N, which was on the smaller side but absolutely perfect for us — intimate, peaceful, and exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. The staff are what truly make Ladera unforgettable. A few people deserve special recognition: Stephanie, who handled our turndown service with such care Abigail at the front desk, who was always warm and welcoming Janelle at Dasheene, who went out of her way every night to say hello and make us feel remembered And our absolute favorite — the gentleman at the Hideaway Rum Bar, who was unbelievably kind and even shared the recipe for our favorite nightly cocktails I was emotional when we arrived, and just as emotional when it was time to leave. Ladera is not just a resort — it’s an experience, and one we will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return."

It was very quiet unless you consider the wildlife loud lol... the rooster definitely woke me up haha however it was quite pleasant knowing you are away from civilization and immersed in nature.
