Great location, but lack of maintenance

The location is great, about 2km from Monforte. The apartments have huge potential, but seem to lack proper maintenance: When staying multiple nights, there is no room service (e.g., the towels aren't replaced). The shower is very leaky and it's next to impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. There must be some bug nests inside; during the night, there is some sound every few minutes and a new bug arrives (two different kinds of bug). The heating system is extremely noisy. The bed is rather uncomfortable. Often, staff is not available and has to be contacted on phone. These are all things that are easy to fix; with a little investment and effort, this would be an oustanding property.

NICE VIEW BUT NOT REALLY A RESORT

Nice apartments and location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay but property is nested in between two average properties and it looks differently when visited. There is a resort fee. Showers need some renovation and maybe all property a slight refreshment.

Veldig fint sted og hyggelig betjening. Vi glemte å lese at det var selfservice. Altså vi måtte ordne mat selv. Vi kom på en søndag og da var alt i nærheten av butikker stengt så vi måtte kjøre til litt før alba for å få mat, ca 30 min kjøring. Anbefaler dette stedet. Eneste som vi kunne klage på er sengen. Den var litt hard å sove på.

Fantastisk udsigt fra balkon

Fantastisk udsigt fra lejligheder med balkon. Reception er IKKE bemandet til kl 19.00. Vi ventede 1 1/2 time på en receptionist, da vi ankom, selvom vi ringede til ejeren og fik at vide, at det ville tage 15 min. Vi ankom kl. 17.00.

Super sted, men....

Super sted og beliggenhed. Fin pool. Fantastisk udsigt. Imødekommende personale, men ingen egentlig service (rengøring/oprydning/sengeredning/håndklæde udskiftning, ingen morgenmad eller restaurant iøvrigt). Parkeringskælder. Fin indretning men dårlige senge (hårde madresser og knirkende senge). Ville komme retur hvis sengene havde været af samme gode standard sin resten af stedet.
