bonjour, j'ai passer une semaine dans le village du Monetier les bain, voulant prolonger notre séjour d'une nuit j'ai pris un hôtel. malheureusement j'ai attraper le covid j'ai donc voulu annuler la nuit d'hôtel 24H a l'avance. j'ai appeler l'assistance du site (hôtel.com) qui m'a répondu que se n'étais pas possible. que faire pour se faire rembourser la nuit ? que j'ai annulé 24H a l'avance pour cause du covid.

Pour les amoureux de la simplicité et convivialité

Hôtel familial où regne une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale grâce à Sarah et son mari. Durant notre sejour (mon ami et moi-même)ils ont su répondre à nos besoins Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés il y en a pour tous les gouts. Quand aux repas, cuisinés par le mari de Sarah, pris au restaurant de l'hôtel...excellents ! La chambre réservée était très confortable, avec toilettes séparés de la salle de bains,ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Salle de bains très bien avec baignoire et lavabo. Sarah assure la réception des clients. De ce faite contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Hôtels.com il y a bien une "réception" dans cet hôtel. L'établissement est bien situé dans le centre de Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement grace aux navettes et bus. Pour mon tout premier sejour en "vacances de neige" je suis vraiment enchantée ! Idem pour mon ami. Un grand grand merci à Sarah et son mari pour tout. Nous y retourneront sans aucune hésitation et recommandons vivement cet hotel.

Séjour de 3 nuits : - emplacement idéal (pour les randos), - accueil très très très chaleureux (on se sent bien dans cet hôtel), - chambre rénovée avec tout le confort Pour le stationnement : des places autour de l'hôtel (juste faire attention, lorsqu'il y a des dates de prévues pour le marché ou la brocante car PV ou fourrière par la police municipale. Bonne adresse.

Tres bon accueil. Très propre. Situé en plein centre. Bar en terrasse ombragée, c était idéal après nos randonnées. Pas de parking mais il y a de nombreux parkings gratuits à 5 minutes en périphérie. Pas de restauration excepté le petit déjeuner en raison du Covid mais restaurants à proximité.

Calme et confortable

L'hôtel est ancien mais les chambres fraîchement rénovées sont confortables et calmes, en retrait de la rue principale. Je recommande cet hôtel.
