"We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm. The owner and his son were very welcoming and accommodating, we loved interacting with them. We stayed in one of the studios on the second floor, breakfast on the balcony was perfect. "Exceptional hotel located just outside of San Sebastián old town, a taxi ride away. The room was lovely but the bathroom awkwardly laid out. We were slightly disappointed by the Michelin starred restaurant. The service felt routine, not special. Although each dish was creative and interesting, at times the presentation and presenter felt tired. Not a 3 star in our opinion."
