"Everything was great—Lynne at the front desk was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I love that Best Western keeps the bathtub option—so many hotels only have showers. Everyone should have a choice (I can’t imagine families with little ones having only a shower)…Food was great (breakfast buffet included in price)…hot tub was relaxing…I cannot complain! "
"The hotel staff was amazing. Kind and professional. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including common areas was great. Inqas very surpeised to see blood on the back of the room door and was traveling with a dog, so needed to clean it myself before it was discovered by her. Not ideal. I suggest double checking the backs of the doors. The room furniture is in need of replacing. It was quiet and I did feel secure walking my dogs at night. "
