"The employees were very accommodating with our early arrival and our late departure. The lady at the coffee shop was SO personable. To get to the fitness center you had to walk across a parking lot. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. I understand that the hotel will be going through some major renovations soon which is definitely needed. I liked having the shops within the main area of the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to attractions and a very short walk to the plaza. The guys at the valet parking stand were also very nice and efficient!"

"This place is almost on the original plaza; it almost couldn’t be closer and it’s near everything. The adjoining restaurants and bar were super and convenient. The suite was great and locally flavored; a fireplace! They need better breakfast, though."

"The property is ideally situated to enjoy the historic center of Santa Fe with an easy walk to great restaurants and galleries. This was our third visit to the Rosewood Inn and we highly recommend the Inn for its friendly and helpful staff. The Inn has a hotel shuttle that will take and pick up guests to and from destinations as far as three miles away from the hotel, and we used it frequently. We'll definitely be coming back."

"The property was well decorated but needed some repairs. The plumbing especially needed updating. The toilets and faucets did not work properly. I believe the filters is the shower heads and faucets needed to be replaced. There was no Wi-Fi and only one small tv."
